At CocoBeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the provided return slip.

  Ship to CocoBeauty

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
